Back, pelvic, and hip pain are among the most common physical challenges of pregnancy — driven by postural change, ligament laxity, and the growing demands on your core and pelvis. It's common, but it's not something you simply have to push through: safe, effective treatment exists at every stage.
How we treat it
Treatment is adapted to your trimester and comfort: gentle hands-on therapy, safe positioning, pelvic girdle support strategies (including belt fitting advice where useful), and specific exercises that maintain strength without overloading. Our physiotherapists and RMTs work together — massage for symptom relief, physio for the movement and strength side — and postpartum, we help you rebuild safely. We coordinate with your midwife or physician whenever appropriate.
