What We Treat — South Surrey, BC
The golf swing asks your body to produce rotational power through the same pattern hundreds of times a round — and when your hips or mid-back can't rotate enough, your low back, elbows, and wrists pay the difference.
What it is
The golf swing asks your body to produce rotational power through the same pattern hundreds of times a round — and when your hips or mid-back can't rotate enough, your low back, elbows, and wrists pay the difference. That's why the most common golf complaints are low back pain, golfer's elbow, and lead-hip irritation.
How we treat it
We assess where your rotation actually comes from — hips, mid-back, shoulders — treat the irritated tissue, and build the rotational mobility and strength your swing demands. Load management keeps you playing while you recover rather than parking the clubs. And we're happy to work alongside your teaching pro: we handle the body, they handle the technique.
This page is general information, not a diagnosis. A one-on-one assessment is the right way to find out what's going on with your body.
